ICD.10 Encounter Form
I just opened my recent delivery from Docuforms and was stunned by the new product! It was better than expected. My compliments to the staff, at Docuforms, for the creation of the new encounter forms, for ICD.10. It is obvious that the people, behind the scenes, spent countless hours working to make this an outstanding resource. Although daunting at a first glance, it soon became apparent that there was logic and order, behind the symbols and colors. Within a few minutes I was able to create ICD.10 codes and understand the process, at the same time. These forms actually 'teach you' about the format, of this diagnostic coding system. There are many computerized versions and 'live' formats available. These include General Equivalency Mapping and ICD.9 to ICD.10 crosswalks. Although, quick and simple, the results are not always accurate and easy to choose the most accurate code. Moreover, the process leaves one almost clueless, as to how the ICD.10 code was created. Thank you for a job well done!
